First of all I would like to congratulate all the new Department, District and Post Officers.  As we transition into the new VFW year I am getting the normal flood of emails from Comrades needing access to the Community Service Report, Email accounts and other web related items.  All in time!  The Global address book will be updated once the Department Adjutant sends me the new General order and Memo 1, so don't worry about sending directly to me as I will only change what the DPA Adjutant provides.  All incoming officers should be getting a turnover of there email accounts from the outgoing officers.  If for some reason you do not and you need assistance, let me know and I will give you information for logging into your account.  The email accounts that we currently are hosting on the Department website are;

1.  All the Department Officers.

2.  District and Post Commanders, Quartermasters and Adjutants.

3.  Various Committees, Service Officers and Past Commanders. 

If you feel your position needs an official DPA email account and do not have one, please contact the DPA Adjutant.  Remember when you first log into your email to select the options icon at the top and set up personnel settings.  In here you can select signature, display layout and "alias" login information.  You can change your password by logging into your account from the Change password link below. When using this option remember to use your entire email address as the username, not your alias.   I have had a lot of comrades asking if they can use outlook or outlook express to POP or IMAP there emails, yes you can, use the change password link below, log in and click the configure mail client icon for configuration information.  Email me if you have any questions or problems at webdpa @ vfwdeptpacific . org
