·        May 24, 1997, District Commander Emory Russell installed the officers for VFW year 1997-1998.

·        June 18, Received Americanism Award from National VFW.

·        Jun 26, 1997; sponsored 10 high school scholarship. Donated $223. towards uniform and other misc fees.

·        July 19, 1997, Rendered Gravesite rituals to retired Col Atanacio.

·        Oct 97, Participated at the Annual Chili Cook off sponsored by Post 9892.  Commander awrd for best booth was received.

·        Oct 97, Membership drive at the US Embassy visit in Baguio

·        Oct 30, 97. 1^st year anniversary was celebrated with Hawaiian Dinner/Dance at Linda’s Bar&Restaurant.

·        Dec 11, 97, & Jan 29, 98, Drug Awareness Resistance Education was given at the Baguio City National High School.  Donated DARE T Shirts, & certificates to participants.

·        Feb 1, 98, assisted and donated medicines to Ganza Lions Club with Medical Dental Mission in Naguilian La Union.

·        Comrade Larry Duke is the recipient of John Randall Scholarship.

·        Sponsored Beer Bash fund raising with a net profit of 3,126 pesos.

·        April 11, 98; Conducted Bingo Fund Raising.

·        June 98, Commander Larry Senato elected as  District 7 Commander.
